Confession, I have a slight obsession with vintage rugs. I find myself pinning beautiful images of kitchens and bathrooms just to make note of the rugs featured in the photo. Vintage rugs have been featured in my favorite designer’s work and I just can’t get enough. They can totally make or break a room. Rugs can be the inspiration for a room and many designers recommend buying a rug before you paint a room so you can pull a color palate from said rug. It can be hard to find a good quality vintage rug so I have searched the land of google to find some of my favorite vintage (or faux vintage) rugs for you! I have categorized them by budget friendly (under $500), and splurge rugs (over $500). Click through the swatches below, enjoy!

A few tips on searching for vintage rugs in etsy and the like; try typing in terms like kilim, over-dyed, turkish, persian, and Bijar for the best search results. Happy shopping!
What are your favorites? I have had my eye on the budget friendly 01, and dream about buying 06 as a splurge for my future living room.
